Here at KPM Accounts we can offer you a tailored service to meet your requirements to ensure that no one is excluded from the chance to have direct payment. Our managed account service means that we can receive the money and make payments on your behalf, whilst keeping you in control of decisions. This service is for if you wish to receive a direct payment but where circumstances mean it would be more appropriate for someone else to manage the money and responsibility. At KPM Accounts our qualified and experienced staff can manage and monitor the account to make sure the account is running as it should by:

• Receiving the Direct Payment from your local council or NHS Trust into a dedicated bank account which we set up for you.
• Receive and manage any assessed contribution that you pay.
• Provide up to date account information to enable to manage your care/ support hours.
• Make payments to agencies or suppliers (e.g. care agencies), as agreed in your care plan, when we receive a receipt or invoice.
• Make payments to Personal Assistants as advised by the payroll team.
• Make payments to HMRC as advised by the payroll team.
• Provide yearly financial audits to your local council or NHS Trust.
• Liaise with the agencies, suppliers, or Personal Assistants if there is a discrepancy or issue with the care / support you received.
